April 1 1 Samuel 11-14 & 1 Cor 12:1-11

1 Sam. 12:24-25, “But you must fear the LORD and serve him faithfully with all your heart, for you have seen the great things the LORD has done among you. If instead you continue to do evil, both you and your king shall be swept away.” Our lives are in our hands. Just as the Lord had given the people of Israel all that they ask for and needed, so the Lord has done for us. Regarding life and necessity, I have all I need. Do I place myself at the service of the Lord? Is God, God in my life? Do I willingly give all my heart to the Lord?

1 Cor.12:11, “…one and the same Spirit produces all of these, distributing them individually to each person as he wishes.” What gifts has God given you through the Holy Spirit? Have you acknowledged them? Do others see them in you and/or do they see other gifts in you? Do you have talents that you have yet to offer?
